Ann M. Hils, Pharm.D., Owner/Pharmacy Manager

Ann M. Hils, Pharm.D., BCPS is the wife of Jared Hils and mother of three, Alesse, Garrett and Gabe. Ann has wanted to be a pharmacist since she was five years old. At the age of 15, Ann job shadowed a local pharmacy. At 16, she got her first job at Buntin’s Pharmacy in Moberly. Here, Ann worked as a Pharmacy Technician in high school and then as a Pharmacy Intern while in Pharmacy School. She graduated from the University of Missouri – Kansas City School of Pharmacy in 2005. After practicing for few years, Ann completed the Pharmacy-Based Immunization Delivery National Certificate Program in 2007. While working at Moberly Regional Medical Center as a Clinical Pharmacist, Ann completed the Anticoagulation Therapy Management Program in 2009. She then briefly worked as Pharmacist in Charge at Buntin’s Pharmacy. While working as Pharmacy Manger at Walmart Pharmacy in Moberly, Ann became a Board Certified Pharmacotherapy Specialist in 2013. Ann is excited to be the owner and Pharmacy Manager of Hils Pharmacy. As a member of the community, she is aware of the challenges with pharmacies, and she is confident that her friendly and knowledgeable staff will provide the care and attention that each patient deserves.

Jared Y. Hils, Owner/Pharmacy Technician

Jared Y. Hils is the husband of Ann M. Hils, and father of three, Alesse, Garrett and Gabe. Jared is excited to be the owner, a Pharmacy Technician and the Store Manager of Hils Pharmacy. He enjoys serving his community.

Denise Kendall, Office Manager

Denise is not only the mother of Ann Hils, but is the Office Manager and Medicare Part B specialist at Hils Pharmacy. She continuously goes above and beyond for all of the pharmacy patients, and is very dedicated to make you feel at home and welcome at Hils Pharmacy. She makes it her goal to know each patient by name and is always rushing out to welcome patients. Denise enjoys spending her spare time with her daughters, Ann and Faith, and her grandchildren.

Brandie Wilkerson , Pharm. D., BCPS Pharmacist

Brandie Wilkerson is a 2008 Cairo High School graduate. She graduated in 2015 from UMKC School of Pharmacy in Kansas City, MO where she obtained her Pharm.D. degree. She worked at Kribbs Family Pharmacy until their closing. In January of 2020 Brandie married Jason Wilkerson. They just welcomed their first child Hudson Wilkerson on October 7th, 2020. Brandie has a true passion for helping others with their healthcare needs.  Brandie became a Board Certified Pharmacotherapy Specialist in 2021.

Dennis Berding, Pharmacist

Dennis has over 50 years of retail experience with over 45 years in retail pharmacy. The majority of his pharmacy years were spent in the Moberly community at McKenzie Pharmacy as the pharmacist and proprietor. His wife, Karen, is a renowned speaker and trainer with Parents As Teachers. Together they have two children that both live within a 3 hour drive, giving Dennis and Karen the chance to spend time with their four grandchildren. Both Karen and Dennis are very involved in many Moberly community activities. Dennis enjoys biding time between Hils Pharmacy and working as a merchandiser for McKesson Drug.

Bill Buntin , Pharmacist

Bill Buntin has over 53 years experience as a pharmacist in Moberly, Missouri. Bill graduated from the University of Missouri – Kansas City in 1966. He worked at Koester’s Drug Company for a time and then purchased the store in July 1968 and renamed it Buntin’s Pharmacy. He later purchased Payne’s Pharmacy and Throgmartin Pharmacy. April 1st, 1973 he purchased Burton’s Drug Store along with Ronald Kirk. In 1983, Bill sold Burton’s Drug Store to Ronald Kirk and opened Buntin Pharmacy located at 1513 Union Avenue Moberly, Missouri. In 2013, Bill Buntin sold Buntin Pharmacy and briefly retired. His hobbies include golfing and enjoying activities with his wife and four children.

Jason Wilkerson is the husband of Brandie Wilkerson, and father of Hudson. Jason is excited to be a Pharmacy Technician at Hils Pharmacy.
