Who is eligible?
Children between the ages of 5 and 12 whose doctor recommends they take a vitamin supplement.
What is covered?
Children’s Chewable Vitamin & Mineral Supplement
How often can I get a refill?
Once a month, no more than seven days early, unless prior arrangements have been made.
How do I get started?
Come into the store & fill out the registration form to pick up your free 30-count bottle of children’s vitamins.
